About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and migrating various enterprise applications and databases, including SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, TM1, and other related technologies. Your expertise will ensure the seamless deployment and maintenance of these systems, supporting our organization’s digital infrastructure.

The Senior

Administrator will play a pivotal role in scheduling maintenance activities, managing overlapping tasks, and communicating changes effectively to relevant stakeholders. You will be tasked with creating and optimizing server infrastructure, balancing workloads, and troubleshooting software logistics to resolve performance or startup issues promptly. Additionally, reviewing performance and audit reports to maintain system health, setting up proactive monitoring alerts, and handling incident requests from end users will be core aspects of your responsibilities. Your technical proficiency will contribute significantly to maintaining system stability, security, and efficiency, enabling the organization to operate smoothly and meet its strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT administration, system management, or related fields.




- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline; other educational qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate on HANA, SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion, Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect, or Tableau Server Certified Professional are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in executing instructions, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong data entry skills, with the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create and deliver formal presentations and effectively interact with management at all levels.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills with a focus on task completion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using ticketing and monitoring tools for incident management and proactive system monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn current systems and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Install, upgrade, and maintain SAP, BI platform software, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and security (25%).
- Migrate SAP and BI platform software, databases, and perform advanced administrative tasks to support organizational needs (5%).
- Provide technical support to end-users, application teams, and business units, resolving issues efficiently and effectively (15%).
- Design, create, and manage server infrastructure, utilizing ticketing tools to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (15%).




- Review system performance reports and audit logs to identify and address potential issues proactively (5%).
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and health checks to ensure continuous operation and minimal downtime (10%).
- Implement proactive monitoring measures by setting up alerts and monitoring tools to detect issues before they impact operations (5%).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to SAP and BI platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities (15%).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures, reviewing and updating as necessary.
