US Bench Sales Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities:

- We are looking for US Bench Sales Recruiters who are willing to work night shifts.
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in US Bench Sales (US Staffing).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) models.
- Proven experience in marketing bench candidates and placing them on projects.
- Strong understanding of requirements and excellent candidate marketing skills.
- Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and CareerBuilder.
- Expertise in sourcing and marketing through LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
- Responsible for screening, shortlisting, and marketing bench consultants based on client needs.




- Solid negotiation and communication skills while dealing with US clients and vendors.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain accuracy and follow-through in submissions and placements.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand client requirements, rates, and skill demands.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–4 years of US Bench Sales experience.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
