Sadient (ATTRATUSIT LLC) is expanding its global Placement Assistance Service Partner Network and is looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters from India who are passionate about consultant marketing, resume marketing, recruiter networking, and business development.

Partner Compensation

✔ Fixed Commission

USD $250 for every successful candidate placement.

PLUS

Placement Assistance Service Fee

Earn the applicable Placement Assistance Service Fee collected for each successfully placed candidate, up to USD $6,000 per placement, as specified for each candidate assigned by Sadient.

Unlimited earning potential based on successful placements.

Desired Qualifications

- Minimum 4–5 years of US IT Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment lifecycle

- Experience working with implementation partners, staffing firms, MSPs, and direct clients

- Knowledge of U.S. work authorization (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, etc.)

- Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/CRM platforms

- Ability to manage multiple consultants simultaneously

- Solid follow-up and relationship management skills

- Professional work ethic with a results-driven approach
