Role Description The Beauty Advisor – Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. In this position, the individual will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products to create a personalized self-care experience. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining ingredients and benefits, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.

The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, handling customer queries or concerns,



and contributing to store targets through proactive engagement and upselling where appropriate.

The Beauty

Advisor will also support store events, adhere to company policies, and provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and trends. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and promote premium beauty and lifestyle products effectively.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and create positive interactions.

Candidates should possess Communication skills to explain product features clearly and engage with a diverse customer base.

Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to ensure a welcoming store environment and a consistent luxury brand experience.

Relevant qualifications include prior experience in retail or beauty advisement, familiarity with skincare and wellness products, and basic knowledge of POS systems.
