- 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or above
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory.

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Beauty Consultant / Beauty Advisor to provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for retail sales and customer service. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, managing merchandise displays, maintaining store presentation, processing billing, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Candidates from fashion retail, shopping malls, cosmetic stores, lifestyle brands, apparel stores, and retail showrooms will be highly preferred for Beauty Consultant.

Key Responsibilities





- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products, sizes, colours, or alternatives.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves remain well stocked.
- Process customer billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
