Role Description:

Job Title: Demo Manager/ Product Trainer– Dental Equipment

Department: Sales & Marketing

Candidate Based Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 2–3 Years

Travel Requirement: Extensive Territory Travel

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and technically skilled Demo Manager/Product Trainer who will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations for CBCT, GBT, Intraoral Scanners, Lasers, and Hyper Light etc., systems across their assigned territories. The candidate will regularly visit dental clinics and institutions to provide product demos, clinical guidance, and technical support while closely coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:





- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for dentists, clinics, hospitals, and channel partners.
- Provide clinical and technical support for products including:
- CBCT Machines
- GBT Systems
- Hyper Light
- Dental Lasers
- Intraoral Scanners
- Other advanced dental equipment
- Coordinate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and product conversions.
- Deliver product presentations, workshops, and educational sessions for dental professionals.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory for demos, installations, training, and customer support activities.
- When not traveling, conduct 8–10 doctor visits per day within the assigned local territory to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain strong relationships with dentists, KOLs, and channel partners.
- Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support business growth.
- Ensure timely reporting of demos, customer interactions, and field activities.
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) – Mandatory
- 2–3 years of experience in:
- Product Demonstration
- Clinical Training
- Dental Equipment Sales
- Product Specialist / Trainer Role
- Prior experience with dental imaging or advanced dental technologies will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain technical products effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
