Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in selling IT services within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and driving revenue growth for software development, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire enterprise, SMB, and startup clients across India.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.




- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project handover.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT services sales within the domestic market.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud, AI, digital transformation, Cybersecurity, IoT/Automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve revenue targets.
