BDM Techno Marketing for Polymer Industries

Develop recent business for polymer compounds with OEMs, moulders, and plastic component manufacturers.

Understand customer applications and recommend technical material solutions based on product and process requirements. Knowledge of Moulding Process, Technical Issues & Solutions.

Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Quality teams for product development, trials, approvals, and commercialization.

Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, technical discussions, resolve technical moulding issues and after-sales support.

Identify new market opportunities, monitor industry trends, competitor activities,



and support new product development.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely order execution, complaint resolution, payment follow-up, and business growth.
