Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) role is a full time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present Unify Wizards’ web development and digital marketing services to decision-makers.

Daily tasks include researching target markets, managing leads and follow-ups, conducting client meetings and demos, preparing proposals and quotations,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The BDE will also monitor market trends, support sales campaigns, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools to meet individual and team revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
- Ability to understand and communicate web development and digital marketing services clearly to clients.
- Experience in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in business development or sales in IT, digital marketing, or related industries is an advantage.
