We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, acquire projects through freelance platforms, communicate with international clients, negotiate project requirements, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com.
- Identify client requirements and submit tailored proposals.
- Communicate professionally with international clients.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the design team for project discussions.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Core Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Results-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with freelance platforms is an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,588.98 - ₹12,000.00 per month
