We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Faculty Member for our BCA program The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in Computer Applications and a passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures and practical sessions in core BCA subjects Programming Languages C C Java Python Data Structures DBMS OS Computer Networks Web Technologies Software Engineering etc Develop and maintain course materials lesson plans and lab manuals Conduct internal assessments practical exams and evaluations Supervise student projects and support technical skill development Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students Participate in departmental activities curriculum development and accreditation processes Required Skills In-depth knowledge of computer science and application subjects Excellent communication and classroom management abilities Familiarity with teaching tools learning platforms and digital resources Desirable Qualifications MCA or Msc in Computer Science Experience with LMS and online teaching methodologies UGC NET SET or Ph D in relevant discipline is a plus Job Type Full-time Language English Preferred Work Location In person
