OF BATCH-PLANT QC INSPECTOR

Project: Relocate Ground Water Wells – North Ghawar

Location: Eastern Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

Responsible for the comprehensive inspection and qualification of asphalt and concrete batching plants. This role ensures all mix ingredients, laboratory facilities, engineering properties, and full-scale plant trials comply strictly with project requirements, Saudi Aramco standards, and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect asphalt and concrete mix ingredients directly following applicable ASTM, AASHTO, or ACI procedures.
- Evaluate the plant QC laboratory equipment, testing procedures, sample recording, and result reporting for strict standard compliance.
- Assess overall batch plant operating capability and safety systems to guarantee they meet all COMPANY requirements.
- Review, witness,



and perform full-scale plant trials to accurately determine and verify required engineering properties.
- Maintain accurate inspection checklists (SAIC) and logs for all plant evaluations, trial mix results, and material approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES)

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in oil & gas projects (Aramco experience preferred).
- Proven track record in inspecting both asphalt and concrete batching plants, and valid Saudi Aramco approval (if applicable).
- Valid Aramco CBT passed or SAPID approval code relevant to batch plant inspection.
- Deep technical mastery of ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI testing procedures and guidelines.
