Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso, gourmet hot chocolates, teas, and specialty hot drinks. Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately. Maintain a clean, sanitized counter and work area. Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent drink quality. Restock supplies, milks, coffee beans, and hot chocolate mixes.
Qualifications Prior barista or food service experience preferred (willing to train!). Basic knowledge of espresso pulling and milk steaming. Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude. Ability to work efficiently during morning or afternoon peak rushes.
