We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team As the face behind the bar you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an excellent guest experience You should have strong knowledge of spirits cocktails beer and wine and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Drink Service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests per company recipes and standards Maintain knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails beer wine and spirits Suggest drink pairings and upsell premium products where appropriate Customer Experience Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Handle customer questions concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently Create a friendly and inclusive bar environment Bar Operations Set up and stock the bar with necessary supplies before opening Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during service and at closing Follow all health hygiene and safety standards including responsible alcohol service Cash Handling POS Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments Handle cash and credit transactions securely Teamwork Work closely with barbacks servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Communicate effectively with other team members and management Requirements Previous experience as a bartender in a busy venue preferred Knowledge of drink mixing garnishing and bar sanitation standards Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as required Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
