Total Experience: 4+ years CTC: as per industry standards Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune Bangalore Responsibilities - Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances that align with our business objectives and can enhance our product and service offerings.

- Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and value creation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership efforts with overall business goals
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships and alliances,



providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance the companys network and reputation Requirements - Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the gifting industry.
- Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing partnership strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
