Roles 1. Prepare beverages.

- Deliver service - taking and fulfilling orders and handling transactions.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and health guidelines.
- Focus on quality and consistency in taste and presentation according to recipes and standards.
- Monitor and restock all raw materials.
- Maintain a clean workplace 6. Support other team members in creating a positive environment.

Requirements 1. Candidate should preferably have done a formal Barista or Hotel Management course (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) with appropriate training.

- Should have good product knowledge of coffee, tea and milk based beverages.
- Should be skilled in preparing beverages manually and operating the espresso m/c, grinder, blender and other cafe equipment.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable working with neurodiverse adults.
- Should be passionate about valuable coffee preparation and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Additional skills in Bakery or other culinary skills shall be preferable.
