Role Description The Barista role at HAIR RAP BY YOYO is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The Barista will prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistent quality and attractive presentation for salon guests.

Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling basic food preparation related to beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, and following hygiene and safety standards. The Barista will interact closely with clients, take orders,



offer recommendations, and provide friendly, attentive customer service that complements the overall salon experience. This role also involves collaborating with the salon team to support special events, peak service times, and a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidates should possess beverage service skills, including Barista experience and Food Preparation knowledge.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in food and beverage service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a premium, client-focused salon atmosphere.
