- Positive Communication and Senior Management Reporting skills - Good Team Player and able to management large teams Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.E. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
- Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage
- Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks
- Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
- Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
- Encourage teams to increase productivity!
- Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.
