We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine their creditworthiness. Assess the risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry including the Financial performance of the borrower and guarantor, assessing the repayment capacity and recommending the future course of action in approving/declining/counter offer of business loans.
Com.Bkg- Credit UW stands for Commercial Banking Credit Underwriting. It involves evaluating the creditworthiness of businesses applying for loans or credit.
This process includes analyzing financial statements, assessing risk, and determining the terms of the credit.
The goal is to ensure that the bank makes sound lending decisions while minimizing risk. Credit underwriters play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the bank.
The Credit
Lending processes includes initial set up of loan, detailed analysis of financials, setting covenants, analyzing the accounts receivable for borrowing base calculation for working capital line of credit, drafting a detailed credit memoranda by a detailed analysis of 5 Cs of Credit - Character, Capacity, Collateral, Capital and Current Market Conditions. Candidate plays a key role responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of multifamily agency loans, with primary focus on monitoring risk for the Asset Management team.
Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements, property operating statements & rent rolls
Review property inspections
Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements
Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring.
Review reserve draws
Process lender consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements
Manage client loans while enforcing loan document/lender requirements
Prepare loan and portfolio level status report. What are we looking for?

Collaboration and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate
At least 4 years of GSE experience (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) or CMBS experience
At least 3 years of experience with loan asset management
Proficiency in analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Roles and Responsibilities:

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
