Assistant / Deputy Manager Banking and Treasury, Insurance - Well Known Chemical Manufacturing Listed Company

Location: Navi Mumbai (Company transportation is available)

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience in Banking, Treasury s Finance Operations / P2P s O2C

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Banking relationships, Treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity management, insurance portfolio administration, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

Lead and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function, drive digitisation and automation initiatives, and oversee a team of 1315 members to ensure productive, compliant, and scalable finance operations.

Banking, Treasury s Insurance:

- Manage corporate banking relationships.
- Manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
- Optimize working capital and investment opportunities.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and hedging activities.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and audit requirements.

Insurance

- Manage corporate insurance programs (Property, Liability, Marine, Employee Benefits, Cyber, etc.).
- Coordinate policy renewals and premium negotiations.

P2P Operations





- Manage complete P2P lifecycle: Vendor onboarding, PO processing, invoice processing, and payments
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence
- Handle vendor reconciliations and issue resolution

Financial Reporting s Schedule Preparation:

- Prepare TB-mapped financial schedules ensuring end-to-end linkage (TB Schedule FS Notes)
- Ensure accurate accounting of payables, accruals, provisions, and expense classification
- Drive automation and transformation initiatives across P2P
- Implement and enhance ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Increase adoption of digital tools (OCR, RPA, workflows)
- Enable paperless and efficient processes

People Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 13 to 15 people
- Drive performance management and capability building
- Ensure high team engagement and productivity

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant
- 3 + years of relevant experience in Banking, Treasury s Finance Operations / P2P s O2C
