Role Description The Bakery Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support daily bakery operations, including assisting with mixing, baking, decorating, and packaging cakes, pastries, cookies, and bread.

Responsibilities include basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas, following recipes and production schedules, and supporting inventory management of ingredients and supplies. The intern will also help with quality checks,



labeling products, and collaborating with the bakery team to ensure consistent product standards and timely order fulfillment. This role provides hands-on training in skilled baking techniques, product presentation, and bakery workflow.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills and interest in bakery operations, including Bakery and Baking.
- Ability to support Food Preparation activities, following recipes and hygiene standards.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in making Cookies and Bread.
- Attention to detail in measuring ingredients, decorating products, and maintaining product quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and take direction from senior bakers.
- Prior coursework or training in culinary arts, baking, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
