- ;Review and analyze U.S. individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR), prepared for CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. federal and applicable state tax laws.
- ;Act as a reviewer and quality-control extension of U.S.-based CPA firms, adhering to firm-specific review checklists, documentation standards, and engagement protocols.
- ;Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in tax returns and supporting workpapers in coordination with U.S. CPA firm reviewers and managers.
- ;Maintain accurate records of review findings, recommendations, and communications with clients.
- ;Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in U.S. individual tax return preparation and review, with a primary focus on Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR.
- ;Extensive, hands-on experience with Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR, including multistate individual tax returns.
- ;Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Pro-connect, ProSystem, Lacerte, UltraTax, Intuit software(s), CCH, Drake) and other relevant tools.
- ;Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with U.S.-based CPA partners,



managers, and reviewers.
- ;Ability to manage strict deadlines, and perform under peak-season pressure.

; Qualification:

- ;M.B.A in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor s degree in accounting or Finance.

; Language Proficiency (If Any):

- ;Solid proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

; Required Certifications (If Any):

- ;Enrolled Agent (added advantage)
- ;C.P.A (added advantage)

; Computer Proficiency G specifications:
