Make My Hype is a B2B Growth & Business Development Partner (By Odatrise Media Labs Pvt. Ltd.) helping founders and organizations build market authority, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate business growth through integrated demand generation strategies.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities for B2B clients.
The role requires a strategic thinker who understands the complete demand generation funnel—from campaign planning and lead acquisition to MQL development and sales handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads .
- Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies.
- Build and improve conversion funnels, landing pages and lead capture mechanisms.
- Implement and manage tracking through GA4, GTM and Pixels .
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for MQLs, CPL, Conversion Rate and ROI .
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content,
design and strategy teams to improve campaign outcomes.

Experience
- 4–6 years in Performance Marketing or Demand Generation.
- Experience managing B2B campaigns is mandatory.
- Exposure to SaaS, Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering or Healthcare sectors will be preferred.
