What You will Do In the field • Meet prospective B2B clients face-to-face — hotels, resorts, service apartments, co-living/PG operators, schools, colleges, hospitals, corporate offices, and interior designers/architects.

- Carry and present product samples, run live demos, and walk clients through SleepyCat’s range and benefits.
- Conduct site visits and understand each client’s requirements, volumes, and timelines.
- Build robust on-ground relationships that turn first meetings into repeat orders. In the office • Own and manage your sales pipeline end-to-end in the CRM — from lead to closed deal.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups; negotiate and close within approved pricing.
- Coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and finance to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Track your numbers, report on progress, and keep client records clean and up to date. Across both • Prospect and generate new leads across hospitality, institutions, corporate gifting, and design segments.




- Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, conversions, and revenue.

Who We are Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (mandatory).

- Comfortable with both field work (client visits, sample demos) and desk work (pipeline, quotes, follow- ups).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — you can hold a room and win trust face-to-face.
- Presentable, self-driven, and organized, with a genuine hunger to close deals.
- A fast, curious learner who thrives in an early-stage, fast-growing function and wants to grow with it — not someone looking for a settled, predictable role.
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings; owns a two-wheeler/car or is comfortable commuting for field visits.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable using a CRM.
