Azure DevOps Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on training programs on Azure DevOps tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varying levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Azure DevOps.

- Develop course materials, presentations, labs, assignments, and assessments.

- Train participants on Azure DevOps services, including:

- Azure Repos

- Azure Pipelines

- Azure Boards

- Azure Test Plans

- Azure Artifacts

- Demonstrate CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment automation.

- Provide hands-on labs covering Git, branching strategies, YAML pipelines, and release management.

- Explain DevOps concepts, Agile methodologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices.

- Conduct workshops on integrating Azure DevOps with Azure services and third-party tools.

- Evaluate learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.

- Stay current with Azure DevOps features, Microsoft Azure updates, and industry best practices.

- Mentor learners and provide post-training technical guidance.

- Customize training content based on client or organizational requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps Services.

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.

- Proficiency in Git version control.

- Experience with YAML pipelines.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.





- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

- Understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps concepts.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3–8 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

- Previous experience delivering technical training.

- Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred, such as:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Desired Experience

- Experience implementing Azure DevOps in enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation.

- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Nexus, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Grafana.

- Experience integrating Azure DevOps with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
