Role Description The AWS Solution Architect Associate Trainer role is a contract, in office position based in Thanjavur. The trainer will deliver structured AWS Solution Architect Associate-level training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs, and real-world project simulations for learners at various experience levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum-aligned training materials, updating content to reflect current AWS services and best practices, and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.

The role involves providing mentoring and guidance,



offering consulting-style insights into solution architecture scenarios, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to schedule sessions and gather feedback. The trainer will also contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and may support corporate training engagements as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS cloud solutions

Consulting capabilities to explain complex technical concepts, recommend architectures, and guide learners through real-world scenarios

Hands-on Software Development experience to demonstrate implementation patterns and support practical lab exercises

Integration skills for connecting AWS services with external systems, APIs, and on-premises environments

Understanding of Business Process workflows to contextualize technical solutions within organizational objectives

AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (or higher) strongly preferred

Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or mentor in cloud or related technologies

Proficiency with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.)

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

Ability to create and adapt training materials for diverse learner groups

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
