About the role

What You’ll Do

- Lead and structure casualty insurance programs
- Drive Casualty Recent business for Mumbai region
- Drive growth in facultative reinsurance solutions across casualty insurance.
- Build trusted client relationships and unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate across teams—broking, analytics, claims, and engineering—to deliver integrated solutions
- Shape go-to-market strategies leveraging WTW’s global expertise

- Requirement

- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-office and well versed with pivot with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
- Innovation and problem-solving skills, ability to develop and propose information insights to clients.
