Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager / Director to lead large-scale engineering programs across .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing leadership role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage AI to improve software delivery and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery across .NET, React, and Azure.
- Drive AI adoption across the SDLC.




- Conduct customer workshops and gather requirements.
- Align engineering execution with product roadmaps.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and delivery excellence.
- Lead distributed engineering teams.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, and governance practices.
- Act as the primary client-facing leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15 years of engineering delivery leadership.
- Strong experience with .NET, React, and Azure.
- Knowledge of AI/Generative AI in SDLC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading enterprise engineering programs.
- Real Estate domain experience is an advantage.
