Job Summary:

The AVP/DVP Finance will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, reporting for the company. This role involves leading a team of professionals & overseeing financial reporting, regulatory reporting, compliance, Financial Controls, RCSA & RCMs to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision-making and regulatory adherence with adherence to the financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Control

- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and RBI guidelines.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Managing Quarterly Statutory & Internal Audits
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
- Managing the requirements from lenders, shareholders & Due diligence process

2. Compliance & Audit

- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory, and internal audits and Regulatory reporting




- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.

3. Process Improvement & Controls

- Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Monitoring and governance of RCSA, RCM, and Operational Risk Control Assessments
- Drive automation and digitization of finance processes.
- Implement best practices in financial governance.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9+ years of experience in NBFC or BFSI sector.
- Solid understanding of Ind AS, RBI regulations, and financial systems.
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analytics, Audit handling & review the process controls
- Team management skills
