Position - AVP- Finance Consolidation - Finance & Accounts

Location- Mumbai

Job Purpose The job includes finalizing accounts, managing audits with Big 4, handling tax compliances, analyzing process gaps, implementing financial controls, documenting processes, utilizing Excel and ERP packages, working on system implementations, executing tasks independently, collaborating across functions, and preparing various presentations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Finalization of Accounts, in depth knowledge of Schedule VI, Indian GAAP, IFRS. Closure of audits with Big 4 in past a must
- Management Reporting

•Adept in handling Direct and Indirect Taxes (Mainly Service Tax) Compliances, abreast with latest amendments.
- Ability to analyze process gaps, re-engineer processes to save costs & increase efficiency.
- Should be able to implement Internal Financial Controls




- Should be solid in process documentation.
- Should be extremely comfortable in the use of Excel, ERP packages.
- Should have worked in the past on new system implementations.
- Should be able to work with limited support and should have the ability to execute individually.
- Should be able to work effectively with across the functions and within finance function.
- Monthly MIS, Board meeting presentations, strategy forum presentations and other need based presentations

Additional Skills Required

- Computer Proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
- Presentation Skills• Report Writing & Documentation
- Sound Knowledge on Key Regulations & amendments
- Company Act etc.

Minimum Qualification CA (1st or 2nd attempt only)
