- Global Change Management (GCM) ✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of chassis systems including Brakes, Suspension, Wheels & Tires.
- Develop CAD models, drawings, and GD&T; in CATIA V5/3DX.
- Support chassis aggregate design and engineering decisions.
- Drive components from concept to production readiness.
- Work closely with D&R; engineers, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
- Ensure manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and serviceability.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) programs and milestone deliveries. ⭐ Preferred:
- Experience in Ford product development processes.
- Knowledge of WERS, GPDS, DPA, and GCM.
