CATIA tool test Mandatory

Skills required:

- Good Experience of Catia-V5 in part and surface modelling
- Working experience in Automotive Interior / Exterior / BiW
- Very good Automotive product knowledge.
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Experience using the problem solving tools like 5Why, fishbone diagram etc
- Knowledge of product assembly sequence (PDM) Visi BOM, DFMEA.
- Experience of working in a project environment
- Experience in preparing Project time plan, KPI charts etc.
- Understanding of Engineering Product Structures.

Additional skills preferred:
- OEM or Tier2 supplier Experience.
- Knowledge of testing / Regulations.




- PLM tools
- VW Group tools (ex Avon/KVS/Tevon)

SCOPE OF JOB:

- Prioritisation of Issues
- To carry out route cause analysis to find out the issue route cause.
- Creation of multiple feasible solutions and validate solutions and finalise an optimal solution.
- Plan for containment solutions if required.
- Progress the Engineering change to implement the solution.
- Prepare and release 2D and 3D data
- Interaction with Engineering and cross functional team for design reviews.
- Supplier interaction to get feasibility / Quote / protoparts for trials
- Involve in testing and validation
