About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing, developing, and executing automated test scenarios, along with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Responsibilities

- Designed, developed, and maintained automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Created, documented, and maintained test cases, test scenarios, test data, and automation frameworks based on business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of top-quality software products.
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
- Work closely with project managers to create and implement test plans/ test scripts and procedures.
- Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain cross-browser and cross-platform automation suites using Playwright, ensuring reliable and scalable test execution.
- Create reusable automation utilities, page object models (POM), and reporting mechanisms to improve test maintainability, execution efficiency, and test coverage.
- Work with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent frameworks to validate backend services and integrate API validation into automated test suites.
- Track, report,



and monitor test execution using tools such as JIRA or similar test management platforms, ensuring clear communication of testing progress and quality metrics. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing, specializing in Automation Testing with expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright (learning/working knowledge), API Testing, and Mobile Testing.
- Experienced in designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining automation test scripts, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining Page Object Model (POM) based automation frameworks for scalable and maintainable test automation.

Experience in all stages of application testing, including backend testing, functional, usability, and UI.

- Working knowledge of SQL for backend database validation and data verification.
- Working knowledge of automation frameworks and testing libraries such as Playwright Test, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest, with the ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts.

Experience with version control systems, especially Git/GitHub/GitLab.

9.

Experience with JIRA integrations for reporting and metrics, along with familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions for automated test execution.

10.

Experience in API testing using Postman, validating REST APIs, JSON requests/responses, authentication methods, and integrating API validation into automation suites. Interested candidates can share their profiles at [email protected]
