Job Title: Automation & Middleware Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Indore/Gurugram/Noida

Position: Full Time

Required Experience: 4-8 Years.

Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Hybrid).

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & Middleware Engineer with strong expertise in infrastructure automation, middleware administration, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience automating operational tasks across Windows and Linux environments using PowerShell, Shell scripting, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and Oracle Linux Automation Manager (OLAM).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining automation solutions for middleware platforms including IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and Oracle WebLogic, while supporting AWS infrastructure components. This role requires robust troubleshooting capabilities, an automation-first mindset, and close collaboration with Infrastructure, Platform, and Automation teams to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain automation workflows using GitHub, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, Shell scripting, and Ansible playbooks (including reusable, modular playbooks/roles).• Develop scripts and runbooks to automate troubleshooting, health checks, log collection, and first-level remediation steps for middleware and infrastructure issues.• Automate middleware platforms troubleshooting across Windows and Linux, including: Microsoft IIS, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic• Partner closely with Automation, Middleware Infrastructure Support, and Platform teams to design solutions, validate standards, and coordinate deployments/changes.• Automate AWS infrastructure components discovery including: ALB, NLB, listener rules, target groups, VPC, subnets, routing/security concepts, EC2, S3, CloudWatch,



Security Groups• Strong infrastructure and networking fundamentals including DNS, load balancing concepts, and F5 Load Balancers• Work within ITSM processes using ServiceNow (SNOW): Incident Management, Change Management, • Produce clear technical documentation, automation runbooks, and operational procedures.

Must Have & Desired Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience with: PowerShell scripting, Linux/Unix shell scripting, Ansible playbook development
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems (administration, troubleshooting, performance basics).
- Middleware experience across both Windows and Linux environments with IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and WebLogic.
- Strong troubleshooting capability with an automation-first mindset (ability to convert manual troubleshooting steps into scripts/workflows).
- Strong working knowledge of GitHub, including: Repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, GitHub Actions workflows (pipelines, runners, secrets, approvals)
- Infrastructure fundamentals: F5 Load Balancers, DNS, and general network concepts, Strong understanding of three-tier architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS, specifically: ALB/NLB, listeners, target groups, routing behaviour, VPC, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Security Groups,
- Experience using ServiceNow for Incident/Change/Problem processes.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Oracle Linux Automation Manager (OLAM).
