Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Drafter role based in South Delhi. The AutoCAD Drafter will prepare detailed technical drawings for wedding event layouts, including stage setups, seating plans, entrance designs, and décor elements in coordination with the design and planning teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include converting conceptual ideas into precise CAD drawings, updating plans based on feedback, and ensuring all drawings meet structural, aesthetic, and practical requirements.

The role involves collaborating with production vendors, architects,



and internal stakeholders to align drawings with site measurements and material specifications. The AutoCAD Drafter will maintain organized drawing files, support multiple concurrent projects, and adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for event layouts and installations.

Candidates should possess expertise in Shop Drawings for fabrication, production details, and on-ground execution.

Candidates should possess experience in Architectural Drawings and Architecture concepts relevant to spaces, structures, and event flow.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (and preferably other design tools such as SketchUp or Rhino) for 2D and basic 3D drafting.

Ability to interpret design briefs, site measurements, and client requirements accurately and translate them into transparent drawings.

Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with designers, planners, vendors, and on-site teams.

Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or a related field; prior experience in events, fabrication, or set design is an advantage.
