Audit Executive - JD

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock records.

Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to identify trends and areas for improvement in stock management processes.

Counter-to-counter Audits, irrespective of all the parameters like stock, cash, Assets, and grooming, etc.

Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize store operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damages, or other operational concerns.

Store cleanliness

Display arrangement of frames/sunglasses

Dust-free lenses and mirrors

Lighting condition

Staff grooming and uniform compliance

Branding and promotional visibility

2. Physical stock vs system stock





Frame inventory accuracy

Lens inventory reconciliation

Barcode/tag availability

Invoice accuracy

Cash handling procedure

3. Opening and closing checklist

Staff attendance records

Prescription filing process

Order tracking system

Delivery TAT monitoring

Job Requirements :

3-10 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the Optical industry.

Solid understanding of physical inventory management principles, including stock control, processing, and valuation.

Proficiency in conducting process audits and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Experience with loss prevention techniques.
