Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves planning, executing, and reviewing statutory and internal audits for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities include leading audit teams, assessing internal controls, reviewing financial statements, identifying risks and control gaps, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

The Audit

Manager will prepare and present audit reports, maintain client communication, and coordinate with partners on key findings and recommendations. The role also includes mentoring junior staff,



monitoring engagement timelines, and contributing to process improvements within the audit function.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Statements and Accounting, with the ability to interpret, review, and finalize accounts.

Candidates should possess solid expertise in Finance and Financial Audits, including planning audit procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent is highly preferred.

Relevant experience in audit, assurance, or public accounting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
