As an Audit and Assurance - Digital Assurance Senior Associate, you will focus on providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance. This role is integral to helping organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. Within our Assurance practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities - Conducting independent evaluations of financial statements and internal controls to enhance credibility and reliability

- Assessing compliance with regulations and evaluating governance and risk management processes
- Providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes, controls, and cybersecurity measures
- Analyzing data and AI systems to support governance and compliance efforts
- Utilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to identify and address potential risks
- Collaborating with clients to build trust in their technology and compliance with relevant regulations
- Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding skilled and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in developing their technical skills and understanding of business contexts
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen technical skills and adapt to changing business environments What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant
- At least 4 years of experience
