Audit & Tax Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Audit & Tax Manager to lead statutory audits, manage tax compliance, deliver insightful financial analysis, and support feasibility study and project report preparation. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid technical expertise in finance, leadership, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, assessments, and advisory.
- Provide financial analysis, dashboards, MIS, and business insights to support client decision-making.
- Prepare feasibility study reports and project reports for clients across sectors.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver timely, accurate advisory support.

Requirements

- Pursuing Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 years' experience in a CA firm, specifically in audit and tax.




- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, MIS, or consulting.
- Proficiency with accounting and compliance tools (Tally, GST/IT portals, MS Excel).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile CA pursuing or CA dropouts with 3 years of articleship under a CA firm. Candidates with experience in outsourcing engagements (USA, Gulf, Europe) will also be considered.
