Position Summary We are looking for a CAE Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in crash and airbag simulation activities. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, good analytical capability, and hands-on experience in finite element analysis (FEA) tools and crash solvers. The role involves performing simulation activities, analyzing results, proposing design improvements, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
Technical Skills Required
Pre-Processing Tools (Mandatory) The candidate should be proficient in creating and preparing FE models using tools such as:
- HyperMesh / HyperWorks
- LS-PrePost
- Primer
- ESI Tools Solver Knowledge (Mandatory) Hands-on Experience In Crash Simulation Using - LS-DYNA
- PAM-CRASH Experience in both Explicit and Implicit analysis is expected.

- Visual Crash Job Responsibilities - Perform crash and airbag simulation activities using LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH.
- Develop and modify finite element models for simulation studies.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
