- Assist in the procurement of materials, food, beverages, and other operational supplies.
- Obtain quotations from approved vendors and compare prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders after obtaining approvals.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify the quantity and quality of goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
