- Responsible for presentation in all MRM.Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continual Improvement related to cost, Quality, Moral, safety related Process.

- Responsible for Plant improvement by implementation of Suggestion /Kaizen Scheme .
- To study the scope of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke (Full Proofing) in the process and to ensure its effective implementations.




- To identify gaps in process and take corrective actions.
- To ensure the compliance to quality standards as required.
- To prepare inspection and appearance standards and educate associates to check per standard.
- Maintain and update IATF 16949:2016,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018 documentation..
