We are looking for a technically skilled and process-oriented Assistant Manager – CCC with experience in the window and façade industry. The role involves handling customer-centric technical operations, estimation, and team management for project execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a small technical team (2–3 members)

- Use Window Maker and AutoCAD for cutting plans, estimations, and shop drawings

- Perform wind load and structural calculations for windows

- Understand glass selection (tempered, laminated, insulated) and aluminum profile compatibility

- Optimize cutting layouts to reduce wastage and improve material efficiency

- Collaborate with Sales, Design, DTS, and IT teams for smooth project flow

- Create MIS reports, technical presentations, and client documentation

- Ensure compliance with thermal, acoustic, and air-water-structural performance standards

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 3–8 years of experience in the windows, façade, or building materials industry

- Hands-on knowledge of Window Maker,



AutoCAD, and MS Excel

- Strong technical understanding of uPVC/aluminum windows and their structural performance

- Experience in estimation, cutting layout, and project coordination

- Good communication and team management skills
