Role Overview:

The Asst. Manager – Finance will lead financial planning & analysis process, ensure accurate book keeping and accounting activities, timely statutory and regulatory compliances, and financial reporting. The role requires accurate and timely monthly and annual book closures in line with Ind AS. The incumbent shall be responsible for preparing and publishing monthly MIS reports/dashboards along with variance analysis to leadership team and investors.

The incumbent shall prepare financial statements as per Ind AS, manage audits, strengthen internal financial controls, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies of AR processes. Additionally, the role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and drive process improvements and automation.

**Key Responsibilities:

Accounting, Book-keeping and Management Reporting:**

· Oversee accounting and book-keeping activities

· Review monthly accruals, provisions, and journal entries

· Lead month-end and year-end closure activities

· Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and audit schedules on a monthly basis

· Prepare and publish daily flash reports across revenue channel / service lines

· Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis

· Ensure accuracy in AR balances and reconciliations

Receivables & Collections Management:

· Own end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C)

· Drive collections, monitor overdue accounts, and reduce DSO

· Ensure invoicing accuracy and timely collections

· Manage customer credit control and risk assessment

· Oversee customer master data, KYC, and agreements

Compliance and Taxation:

· Ensure TDS/TCS accounting and Form 26AS reconciliation

· Ensure compliance with Companies Act and Income Tax regulations

· Coordinate with consultants for compliance related activities

Audit Management:

· Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits

· Act as SPOC for auditors

· Ensure timely closure of audit queries

· Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC)

· Handle due diligence and special audits

Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience

Skills:

· Solid accounting knowledge in INDAS / IGAAP.

· Strong R2R, P2P, O2C process knowledge

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and audits

· Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders
