Job Title: Associate Vice President, Training (RCM BPO)

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Not specified by client — recommend WFO/Hybrid (confirm; training leadership roles at this level in RCM BPOs are typically WFO given floor visibility needs)

Experience: 12+ years in training, learning & development in BPO or healthcare, including 5+ years in a leadership role

Education: Bachelor's in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus)

CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA

Notice Period: 30–45 days

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve company-wide training and development programs aligned with business objectives and client needs

Lead and mentor the training department — trainers, curriculum creation, onboarding, upskilling for RCM BPO staff

Analyze performance metrics to identify training gaps, measure program effectiveness, drive quality/efficiency/engagement improvements

Manage training budgets; evaluate and integrate learning technologies (LMS, virtual tools)

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and certification standards

Own end-to-end training strategy across billing, coding, claims, payer relations, and compliance functions





Represent the training function in client governance calls / QBRs where training quality/TAT is a delivery metric

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) — billing, coding, claims, payer relations & compliance

Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation & administration

Healthcare compliance knowledge (HIPAA, regulatory standards)
