Job Title : Assistant Vice President – Legal

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10+ Years

We are hiring an experienced legal professional with a solid background in employment and corporate law. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with a reputed law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel, with expertise in employment laws, labour law compliance, employee relations, litigation management, POSH matters, and corporate legal advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise HR and business teams on employment, labour, and corporate legal matters.
- Handle employment litigation, labour court matters, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Manage disciplinary proceedings, employee disputes, investigations, terminations, and POSH compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, lease agreements,



and other legal documents.
- Provide legal support on corporate, operational, and regulatory matters while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

- LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in employment law, litigation, and corporate legal matters.
- Prior experience with a reputed law firm and/or an in-house legal team.
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment, labor, and corporate laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
