- Identify insights (opportunities) for Wealth Business growth and communicate results and ideas to key decision makers
- Regular portfolio health check-ups through Business Insights and identifying areas of growth and areas of sluggishness within Wealth portfolio
- Drive insight led actionables to help achieve Wealth portfolio targets
- Support business in meeting the Budgets through Analytical Insights; support stakeholders in Business Reviews

Job Duties responsibilities

- Engage with Wealth Business and Product teams to formulate problems and create solution framework
- End-to-End execution from data collection, analysis, feature engineering, model development, implementation (including testing) and monitoring
- Work with large datasets, distributed Big Data Platforms for a variety of advanced analytics solutions across the bank ranging from recommendation engines, customer segmentation, Graph models, pricing, propensity models, and more
- Hands on experience in PySpark, Phyton, SQL, along with team management.
- Understand the Product Journeys and help business to improve the customer experience




- Having knowledge if building statistical learning models by using AI / ML Techniques will be added advantage

Non-technical Experience

- Strong academic background
- Should be self-motivated, adaptable, focused and well organized
- Should possess a creative bent of mind and should be a strategic thinker

Technical Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Analytics (Banking, Ecommerce, Retail, Telecoms, Technology) with demonstrated track of generating value through influencing Business decisions backed by Data Insights
- Should have full understanding of Wealth Products and business problems
- Proficiency in using databases like PySpark, Phyton, SQL, etc.
- Valuable understanding of technology tools especially those related to analytics, data modelling
- Ability to communicate complex analysis/models across a diverse team
- Good written and oral communication skills
- - Education / Preferred Experience
- - BSc./ M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Statistics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or equivalent quantitative fields preferred.
- Prior Working experience of Analytics is must.
