Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Analysis

- Review user stories and functional requirements to understand expected system behavior
- Identify testing needs based on scope, functionality, and acceptance criteria

2. Test Planning and Design

- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Cover functional, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios

3. Test Execution

- Execute manual test cases across various modules
- Validate actual results against expected outcomes

4. Defect Management

- Identify, document, and report defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
- Track and verify bugs through the defect lifecycle

5. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers
- Provide clear feedback on functionality, usability, and system behavior

6. Retesting & Regression Testing

- Retest fixed defects and ensure existing features are unaffected
- Conduct thorough regression testing during releases

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and execution progress
- Prepare summary reports for stakeholders and participate in review meetings

8. Process Improvement





- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team discussions
- Contribute ideas to enhance testing methodologies and QA processes

Experience : 0 to 1 years
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
