About The Role The Senior Full Stack Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative features and ensure system robustness.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong backend focus, coupled with frontend expertise, to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Experience with AI-driven tools and cloud-native development is highly desirable, as it aligns with our commitment to leveraging advanced technologies for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in full stack development,



with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Node.js, including frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Experience with Golang is a plus but not mandatory.
- Solid hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Practical knowledge of NoSQL technologies like MongoDB.
- Strong frontend development skills using React.js for building modern, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with AI editing tools or AI-driven workflows is preferred.
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using Jest or similar frameworks.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services utilizing Node.js and potentially Golang.
- Create scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices aligned with business requirements.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and other SQL databases for data modeling, query optimization, and system performance tuning.
- Implement and manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB to support data storage needs.




- Develop responsive and intuitive frontend applications using React.js to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Leverage cloud services, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve system scalability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.
