This role involves spearheading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Sterling OMS versions 9.4 and 10. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and customization of Sterling OMS 9.4 and 10 to meet project-specific requirements.
- Optimize processes in order fulfillment and inventory management for improved operational efficiency.
- Design and execute integrations with ERP systems and logistics platforms for seamless workflows.
- Define system traces, calculate estimated dates, and deliver tailored customizations per customer needs.
- Ensure the system adheres to performance benchmarks and operational standards.
